At the end of XX century revolutionary moods in architecture have led to search of conformable time of building materials. The person has come to idea of creation Transparent buildings from a glass and metal, and in particular glazing, a facade and a roof with use translucent designs. And who could think, that soft Aluminum appears very much claimed on the modern building market.

Aluminum is successfully used in construction due to the physical and chemical properties. The majority of aluminum alloys differs high corrosion stability, this material normally works in any climatic conditions and well keeps the structural properties at differences of temperatures. The group of companies IMAS some years successfully carries out the activity on the market of building materials and also participates in construction of the largest objects both in Russia, and in Azerbaijan.

Our first company has been organized in November, 1995, and the last year we celebrated 10-years anniversary. For this period much has changed: scope of objects, and Structure of the company, and strategic directions. However the basic specialization of IMAS Company is a market of such building materials, as glass and aluminum constructions. IMAS Company is an official representative of the largest aluminum corporation of Turkey - Cuhadaroglu. At the beginning of activity, the primary aim of the company was acquaintance of the building market with our production, what was very hardly perceived at the beginning. It was difficult for us to enter building materials on a market, where the leading part belonged to plastic production. Therefore at the beginning of the activity we worked at a loss, only so that the market has familiarized with aluminum designs. However, during this period we participated in construction of many large objects in Baku. Among them were: Haji Ibrahim Plaza - about station of underground Ganjlik, in construction of which have been used the advanced technologies of Belgian aluminum systems, the American (external) and French (internal) glasses. These constructions differ: first of all, they don’t pass heat or cold and, in general, do not respond atmospheric influences, what results to profitability of functioning of climatic system of all building.

In 1998 we worked with company Azersun Holding, little later, IMAS Company has taken part in the construction of the ‘International bank of Azerbaijan’ building. Moreover, our company participated in realization of such large projects, as a building McDonald's, Orient Palace, “Sanar Plaza”, Horse Club of Azerbaijan, motor shows Peugeot and Mitsubishi, etc. Herewith, we also tried to explain advantages of aluminum constructions to our customers. As distinguished from other cities of aforetime Soviet Union, specificity of our city encloses in always blowing strong winds, that’s why we call it « City of winds ». Besides, we live in a zone with the raised ultra-violet radiation. Aluminium constructions differ from others by ecological cleanliness, stability to ultra-violet beams and atmospheric influences, and also corrosion stability.

Now all builders realize necessity of application of aluminum systems. Now, our aim is construction of such buildings, which will be on 10-15 years step ahead of time. In fact all time there are the new architectural decisions, new tendencies and technologies. There is an insufficient supply of building with aluminium in Azerbaijan as yet, but there are not few objects, in construction of which there were used aluminium systems.

The group of companies IMAS has entered the Russian market in 2003, though in Moscow we were working since 1996. Since 2000 there was a preparation: we studied the Russian market for a long time, searched for weaknesses of the Moscow executors of aluminum systems. In 2002 we have made big offer to the group of companies " Crocus ", which management, having received a corresponding guarantee from corporation Cuhadaroglu, has accepted our offer. After that we participated in realization of such large projects, as exhibition centre “Crocus Expo”, “Jangarskiy Prud”, etc.

Our parent organization Cuhadaroglu participated in construction of many objects of Gazprom in Sochi and Moscow suburbs. Then we had just got acquainted with the Russian market and also were working in Baku. Since 2000 we’ve been privileged to expand a range - to enter the Russian market. As the result of this long-term work and due to support of management of group of companies " Crocus ", we have initially undertaken large objects.

In Moscow the company, certainly, works with other big companies too. We have orders even from companies, to which IMAS Company didn’t give an offers. However we, as well as our parent organization, are followers of not fast, but stable growth. Cuhadaroglu Corporation is 50 years old. It is the unique organization in Turkey that builds aluminum systems in Europe - in Paris, Dusseldorf, and Frankfurt. The corporation participated in equipment of the largest airport of Israel, the central business center in Paris, etc. Corporation Cuhadaroglu offers high European quality with non-comparable low prices, though aluminum systems of Cuhadaroglu outstrip many European systems on quality.

IMAS Company, being official representative of Cuhadaroglu in Azerbaijan and in Russia, adheres to a similar price policy due to whom we have made great progress in Moscow.

The basic plans of the company include expansion of manufacture in Russia. In Russia we use such technologies, which are not applied in Baku for the present, therefore we are going to expand technological base in Azerbaijan, too. New technologies are connected to processing glass and metal, and also with manufacture of completing base, which it will be possible further to make in Azerbaijan. We have various studies for occurrence on Chinese, American and other markets, whence already acted offers. Such in the image, into basic plans IMAS Company enters not only escalating capacities, but also geographical expansion of activity field. Our company participated in realization of such large projects, as ‘Milli Meclis’ (National Parliament), The international Bank of Azerbaijan, Orient Palace, Horse Club of Azerbaijan, Azersun Holding, Mc Donald's, boutique J.Lo, etc. Now IMAS participates in construction of new Baku road service station, and also in reconstruction of the ‘Theatre of young spectator’ and the main building of the Ministry of Internal affairs in Baku.

In Moscow we participated in realization of the largest exhibition complex of Russia ' Crocus Stock ', boutiques Fornarina, J.Lo, Canbipel, etc.

We cooperate with such known companies, as: Velux, Metra, Giesse, Mitsubishi Chemical, Siegenia, Savio and others.
